Charles practices in the areas of Real Estate, Family Law, Matrimonial Law, Social Security Disability, Business, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

He is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts and the Northern District of New York.  He is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Charles received his B.A. from St. Bonaventure University in 1972, and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1975.  He has been a member of the firm since first being admitted to the New York State Bar.

In his 40 years of practice, Charles has represented lenders, religious organizations, homeowners’ associations and countless businesses and individuals in Central New York.   In 2013, he was named Man of the Year by the Baldwinsville Volunteer Center for his many years of volunteer service to the Greater Baldwinsville Community.
